The Khopra trek, also known as Khopra Ridge trek, is a popular off-the-beaten-path trek in the Annapurna region. It offers stunning views of peaks like Dhaulagiri, Annapurna I, Nilgiri, Bhara Shikhar,  and Machhapuchhre.

This trek is ideal for those with limited time, who prefer quieter trails. The main highlight is Khayer Lake, considered sacred in Hinduism, nestled at 4500 meters.

Trekking through rhododendron forests and experiencing local culture adds to the charm. The best time to see rhododendron flowers is March-April.

With panoramic views from Poon Hill, Mulde Peak, and Khopra, this trek is known for its Himalayan vistas. Trekkers can also marvel at Dhaulagiri, Tukuche Peak, Nilgiri, Annapurna South face, and Hiuchuli.

The trek culminates at Khopra Danda, offering breathtaking views. The final hike to Khayer Lake takes about 7 hours, with a return trek of 3 hours.

The best time for this trek is March to June and September to November, with perfect weather conditions. Nepal Everest Hike offers this trek, catering to beginners and those seeking a soft adventure with a blend of natural beauty and cultural richness.
