05:50 AM:Depart hotel for Kathmandu Airport Helipad - Altitude: 1300 meters.

Your Everest Base Camp Helicopter tour guide and driver will meet you at the hotel. Remember to wear warm jackets, gloves, trousers, and sunglasses. It’s advisable to carry water bottles, light snacks, and any necessary medication in your handbag. You can bring a packed breakfast if you wish. The journey to the airport takes about 15 to 20 minutes. Please refrain from carrying any flammable items during the helicopter flight.

06:15 AM:Check-in at the Helicopter counter (bring a passport copy).

Expect a security check and X-ray scan at the airport. Our team will collect passport copies and conduct weight measurements, crucial for safe landing near Everest. After security checks, wait in the main hall until the flight is announced.

Receive a safety briefing from the captain before boarding. Learn proper entry and exit procedures, and avoid the tail area of the helicopter. Oxygen is available for emergencies. The flight departure time depends on weather conditions and air traffic clearance.

06:40 AM:Helicopter flight to Lukla airport - Altitude: 2800 meters/9000 feet.

Enjoy panoramic views of Himalayan peaks such as Mt. Manaslu and Langtang during the flight. Capture scenic landscapes and villages below. As we approach Lukla, marvel at Mt. Gaurishankar and Melung-Tse peaks. Experience the unique landing at Tenzing and Hillary Airport, renowned for its challenging airstrip.

07:40 AM:Refueling and brief stop at Lukla airport (10-12 minutes).

While the helicopter is refueled, take a short break. Restrooms are available, and you may observe other aircraft movements. Lukla serves as the gateway to the Everest Base Camp trek.

07:50 AM:Flight towards Khumbu and Everest Base Camp via Dudh-Kosi River.

Fly alongside the Dudh-Kosi River, passing villages and landmarks like Namche Bazaar and Tengboche Monastery. Enjoy views of Mt. Everest, Ama Dablam, and other iconic peaks. If needed, the group may split at Pheriche to ensure safe weight distribution.

08:25 AM:Fly over Everest Base Camp and Kala Patthar - Altitude: 5250 meters/17225 feet.

Capture breathtaking views of Everest and surrounding peaks. Observe climbers at the base camp during the expedition season. Due to glacier movement, no landing is permitted, but enjoy a scenic flyover.

08:45 AM:Flight to Syangboche hill view-point - Mt. Everest View Hotel for Breakfast - Altitude: 3880 meters/12000 feet.

Relax and enjoy breakfast at the iconic Everest View Hotel. Admire the stunning vista of Everest, Ama Dablam, and other peaks. Free WiFi is available, and the hotel offers a memorable dining experience.

09:45 AM:Return flight to Kathmandu

After a leisurely stop, we head back to Kathmandu. Refueling may be necessary at Lukla before continuing the journey.

11:45 AM:Arrival at Kathmandu domestic airport.

Upon arrival, transfer to the domestic terminal.

01:15 PM:Return to hotel.
